Estate Planning and Estate Litigation Lawyer

Paul D. Daggs, Esquire, graduated from the University of Notre Dame and received his Juris Doctorate from the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.  Although he has extensive litigation experience, his practice now primarily focuses on Estate Planning and Elder Law issues.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar, as well as a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the PBA, and a member of the Elder Law Section of the PBA.  He is also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Central Pennsylvania.  Paul currently is enrolled in the Graduate Tax Program at Villanova Law School.

Paul is an active member of his church and the community, participating in numerous charitable events and social outreach programs.  He currently lives in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Faith, who is a physician at Holy Spirit Hospital, and their nine children
