Mr. Shook was born in McKees Rocks, Pennsylvania and raised in the Midway & Burgettstown areas of Washington County. Mr. Shook graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
