Lemon Law

Pennsylvania Automobile Lemon Law

The Pennsylvania Automobile Lemon Law applies to any new vehicle purchased or leased and/or registered in Pennsylvania.

Under the law, the manufacturer must, at no cost to you repair or correct any defect which substantially impairs the use, value or safety of the vehicle which occurs within one year after delivery or 12,000 miles or the manufactures express warranty, which ever comes first.

Under the law, there are even provisions were the manufacturer must repurchase the vehicle from you or provide you with a replacement vehicle.

You have rights under the Pennsylvania Lemon Law and attorney Bryan W. Shook, Esquire is here to explain those rights to you and help you get your automotive legal matters resolved.
